七零年代生人钱军在江苏经营着多家公司。2011年突如其来的疾病让他重新审视自己的价值，萌生了成为志愿者、从事公益的想法。2013年，北上研习慈善管理的钱军受国际公益学院王振耀院长启发，于2014年4月成立了中国首家致力于厕所公益的公益组织——昱庭公益基金会。基金会成立后，钱军为改善校园如厕环境,启动了免费厕纸项目。截止目前，免费厕纸项目已覆盖全国14个省、4个自治区和2个直辖市，服务505所学校共约70余万名学生。

Born in the 1970s, Qian Jun runs several companies in Jiangsu. In 2011, a sudden illness caused him to re-consider his life value, and came up an idea to become a volunteer and engage in philanthropy. In 2013, Qian Jun who studied charity management in Beijing, was inspired by Wang Zhenyao, Dean of the China Global Philanthropy Institute. In April 2014, Yuting Charity Foundation, the first charity organization dedicated to toilet culture, was founded by Qian Jun. To improve the toilet environment on campus, Yuting Charity Foundation launched its very first project-Free Toilet Paper Project. Till now, the Free Toilet Paper Project has covered 505 primary schools in 14 provinces, 4 autonomous regions and 2 municipalities, serving a total of 700,000 students.
