“全国公厕云平台”19日上线试运行，汇总全国近33万条公厕信息，初步实现快速寻厕功能。该平台由住房和城乡建设部组织研发，群众可随时随地寻找就近环卫部门管理的公厕和社会开发公厕。 随着系统不断完善，还将实现评价、投诉和反馈功能，群众如厕后可评价共享公厕信息、提出建议或投诉，政府主管部门根据群众意见完善基础数据、实时监管投诉处理情况，巡查人员及时上传投诉处理结果及日常巡查结果，不断提升公厕管理水平。

此前，部分省市已经专门推出了区域的厕所线上查询软件，包括“北京公厕查询”、“成都城管APP”、西安市内21家重点景区的“厕所查询”等，以及昱庭公益基金会出资开发的“公厕导航APP"，都为此次上线“全国公厕云平台”提供了丰富的案例和经验。此外，"全国公厕云平台"区别于在一般的电子地图上找厕所，包括不仅信息更全，涵盖范围更广，而且还能按需查询，比如是否有残疾人卫生间、是否有家庭卫生间这样的信息，也都可以从平台上获得，堪称公厕届的“大众点评网”。

Trend | 'National Public Toilet Cloud’makes  toilet information accessible online countrywide 

'National Public Toilet Cloud' was launched on November 19, with information about 330, 000 toilets, can be used to locate toilets quickly. The platform was developed by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development to make public toilets of environmental sanitation department and of other parties to be easily accessed by the people. As the system improves, the functions of evaluation, complaint, and feedback will also be offered. The public can post reviews about toilet information, write suggestions and complaints, and the government will improve the data and give real-time surveillance according to the feedback.

Previously, some provinces and cities have also provided online inquiry software, including 'Beijing toilet Enquiry', 'Chengdu City Management App', 'Seek toilets' in 21 Xi'an scenery spots, and 'Toilet Guide App' of Yuting foundation, which provides rich experiences for the 'Cloud Platform of toilet around China'. Besides, the platform can be inquired by demand, i.e. whether there is a restroom for the disabled, or family restroom since it has more information. It can be called the Yelp of the public toilet world.
